Satin Anodizing

Satin elegance, engineered to last

The process begins with mechanical satin finishing using SPAL machines, internally designed and developed. This pretreatment removes minor surface imperfections and imparts the characteristic brushed aesthetic.

 

After anodic oxidation, customized coloring can be applied: bronze tones through inorganic precipitation coloring, or organic shades ranging from steel to dark brown and black, achieved through electrochemical absorption.

 

These finishes offer high resistance to light and temperature, making them ideal for architectural applications.

Chemical Oxidation

Chemical treatment for matte and uniform surfaces without mechanical processing

This chemical treatment replaces mechanical satin finishing to create a matte and even surface: the aluminum is immersed in a chemical solution to remove scratches, extrusion lines, and impurities, resulting in a uniform finish that requires no mechanical intervention.

 

All available color options can also be applied here, expanding the product’s aesthetic possibilities.
