Accumulating  machine with automatic return of the bars, TWIN model. The accumulating Twin is used to increase working capability of the brushing machine, to which it is connected. The accumulating machine can work in two  ways:

Storage: the aluminium bars exiting from the brushing machine are lifted by motorized  rolls, and are taken into an area that allows the storage of a high number of profiles.

 

Remanufacturing process: in case it is necessary to brush outlines in different sides, after the first manufacturing  process, the operator can program the return of the bar, directing it into the brushing machine, by inverting the rolls movement; the remanufactured bar comes back out and redirects to where the operator is, in order to be introduced again  in the brushing machine.
