GEAL - EXTRUSION & ALUMINUM MANUFACTURING

In 2002 GEAL installed an extrusion plant, which translated into the desire of taking care of all production phases of the product. This extrusion plant has allowed GEAL to be involved on all aspects regarding the product, until it becomes a finished product. GEAL's extrusion press has a nominal power of 1600 tons. With such power an elevated pressure can be applied, over a 160 mm surface, allowing for greater homogeneity even on profiles that require a precise pressure which go from 40 to 3000 grams/meter, and with various forms up to 0.8 mm.
Extruded alloys are 6060-6063-6463 ("BRILL" alloy) - 6005 - 6082.
Industrial applications: construction, architecture, furnishings, electronics, robotics, automotive industry, aerospace industry, nautical etc.
