GEAL - EXTRUSION & ALUMINUM MANUFACTURING
This machine is used to polish aluminium profiles for architectural or industrial use. The end result is a superior quality fine satin finish. Special stainless steel brushes are mounted onto this machine, without ever needing any abrasive substances, therefore it won’t discharge any dust. These water – cooled brushes (3 superior and 3 inferior), are placed in a way that they can work on both sides of the profile at the same time. The electronic commands are all low voltage, and are located in a single box placed, conveniently, in- front of the operator. The superior panel’s movement, for the insertion of the profiles to be brushed, is activated by compressed air supplied by a special built- in compressor. The lubricant for the main core is semi-automatic, and manual lubrication is reduced to a minimum. Such elevated performance allows this machine to obtain a polished product at a reduced cost.
